How to Use
Ready to Use Spray
Deep Clean:
- Shake before use.
- Spray directly onto bin lid walls and base to remove dirt, residue and odours.
- Allow to sit for a few minutes. For stubborn grime leave for 10 minutes.
- Scrub with a brush or broom if required to remove dirt if necessary.
- Rinse out with water.
- Lightly respray the area and allow the product to dry on the surface
Daily Odour Control: Keep a bottle near the bin so it is handy.
- Spray on rubbish as you place it in the bin.
- Spray closed lid for added freshness.
Household Bin
- Before you add a bin liner, spray the inside of the bin.
- Place the bin liner in and give that a light spray.
Wheelie Bin
- Place rubbish in the wheelie bin.
- Spray the rubbish, and lightly spray the lid, and around the rim to help maintain freshness.
Handy Tip: To help prevent those inside bin smells, spray inside the lid and around bin rims where odours may build up and you can lightly spray the rubbish
Commercial
- Spray bins twice daily
- Ideally either at opening or when the first load of rubbish goes into the bin and then at closing after the last load of rubbish for the day.
Handy Tip: If you have bottle hanging at the back door or on the bin, staff are more likely to use when they take the rubbish out.
Best Practice: For best results, spray inside the lid and around bin rims where odours may build up.
1L & 5L Concentrates
- Shake before use.
- Add 50mL of Wheelie Bin Cleaner Concentrate to a 500mL spray bottle
- Top up with 450mL of clean water.
- Shake gently to combine
- Spray bin, soak for 2-3 mins, scrub, then wash/hose down with clean water
Note: Soak heavily soiled areas with the undiluted solution for up to 30mins before scrubbing.
